Office Policies and Frequently Asked Questions
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, kindly provide 24 hour notice of cancellation before the scheduled session to avoid a missed appointment fee. If your cancelled appointment fills, then the missed appointment fee may be waived. If you need to shorten your appointment, 24-hour notice is also required to avoid being charged for the longer appointment fee.
An appointment made for one person may not be split into smaller sessions, nor divided among multiple people.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Payment is tendered at time of service.
Payment plans are available; these must be negotiated in advance. Discounts are not available when paying with a payment plan.
Payments may be made with cash, personal check with proper ID, credit/debit card via Square, or by PayPal.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PRE-PAID SERVICES
Gift Certificates and pre-paid session fees may be refunded upon request within 7 days of payment provided that the services have not yet been rendered.
Refunds are not available after 7 days, after services have been rendered, or for missed appointments.
Gift certificates and bodywork appointments are transferable to another party if desired and are valid for 6 months from issue unless otherwise noted.
RETURNED CHECK PROCESSING FEE
A $30 fee will be assessed for each check returned due to insufficient funds.
WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES
Unless specifically indicated, pre-paid workshop tuition will be refunded in full on request up to 7 days before workshop start. If a refund is requested less than 7 days before workshop start, refunds may be less than full tuition. Please note: some workshops may have a portion of fees which are non-refundable, as for supplies and/or reservations.
First appointments are not eligible for discount unless specifically indicated.
Each bodywork session occurring within 30-days of your last bodywork session is eligible for the 30-day Frequent-Flyer discount price listed on my services page. If your appointment is more than 30 days since your previous one, the discount does not apply. The 30-day Frequent-Flyer price is offered to massage therapists, medical personnel, and people who are retired and living on a fixed income. If you have to reschedule, depending on the reason for the reschedule, this discount may not apply.
I do not discount my Shamanic Healing, Clearing, or Constellation services. I offer a Healing Lay-Away plan for non-discounted services.
Discounts do not combine. Discounts may not be applied when using a payment plan.

A: I do not match prices. The unique experienced, skilled healing expertise I provide is not available from other practitioners.
